  • Updated Recommendations: If recommended components become unavailable or significant time passes, we can provide updated recommendations at no additional charge within 30 days of your original consultation.

For consultation services that were paid for, refund requests must be made within 7 days of service delivery and are subject to our refund policy outlined below.
